Mural Concept:
The mural we envision will pay tribute to the many contributions made by Bedford's diverse military members, including women and African-American military members, those serving in combat or supporting roles, and will have a focus on the ideal that those who serve, regardless of race or sex, are looking out for each other --and for our community as a whole. It is our intention that, when viewing the completed mural, people will experience appreciation, and a heightened understanding, respect and price in the accomplishments of our diverse community, including those on the home front. Bedford Get Together is seeking muralists who are interested in sharing their vision of what best portrays this theme.

We have been fundraising for a month or so for this project. We are working with several potential funding sources including grants, SML Gives and a local corporate sponsor. We welcome donations of any size from the community and local businesses.
